How to enjoy
- •First 2 weeks to 1 month: drink one bottle in the morning on an empty stomach.
- •Wait 15–20 minutes before breakfast or water.
- •Drink another bottle in the evening, at least 2 hours before bedtime.
- •Drink enough water daily.
- •After one month: continue with one bottle daily, morning or evening.
